  • The product box or seal has been opened, removed, or tampered with in any way.
  • The item shows signs of use, installation, or physical damage caused after delivery.
  • The product is missing its original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
  • The item was purchased during a clearance, final sale, or non-returnable promotional offer.
  • The return request is for a change of mind after the product seal has been broken.

2. Why We Require Unopened Products

As an authorized reseller and distributor of genuine gaming and electronics products, Titansafari is committed to ensuring that every customer receives a brand-new, authentic product. To maintain this standard, we are only able to accept returns on items that remain in their original, factory-sealed condition. Once a product box has been opened, we are unable to guarantee its condition for resale or verify its completeness.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 3 — Ship or Drop Off the Product
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item — either via courier or by dropping it off at our designated location in Dubai.

Step 4 — Inspection & Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that it meets all return conditions. This process typically takes 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Policy

Once a return has been approved and the product successfully inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method — Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Time — Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days following inspection approval. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds — In cases where any component of the original order is missing or the packaging shows signs of tampering, Titansafari reserves the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return entirely.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the same return eligibility conditions apply. The original product must be returned in unopened, factory-sealed condition within 7 days of delivery. Once the return is approved and inspected, our team will assist you in processing an exchange, subject to product availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:

  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or defect
  • Your order number and proof of purchase

Defective or damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where applicable, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and UAE consumer protection regulations.


7. Warranty Claims

All products sold by Titansafari are 100% genuine and come with the manufacturer’s official warranty. 8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received, Titansafari will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason (such as a change of mind on an unopened product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Titansafari is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or unsealed products of any kind
  • Digital products, software licenses, and activation codes
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers
